Funeral arrangments announced for Howard Lake teen

HOWARD LAKE -- The Howard-Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School will host the funeral of a Howard Lake teen killed in an auto accident near Annandale.

The funeral for 18-year-old Madeysen Kleve will at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with 30 minutes of visitation before it starts.

A longer visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Howard Lake.

Kleve was a senior at the high school when she was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening. Two other students were seriously hurt.

School Superintendent George Ladd says councilors are at the school and graduation will go on as scheduled Sunday, but with a more ``reflective'' focus.

The State Patrol says Kleve and the other students where stopped at a stop sign, then rolled in front of a pickup on Minnesota 55.
