ST. STEPHEN -- A Little Falls man was arrested just after 1:00 this (Monday) afternoon after an argument with his employer.

It happened at about 1:00 p.m. at Trobec's Bar and Grill in St. Stephen.

Stearns County authorities say 37-year-old Kenneth Hagele allegedly threatened to burn down the bar and stab the owner. Hagele also is accused of holding a large kitchen knife while walking toward the owner.  He finally left the scene after a struggle with a manager.

Hagele -- who is employed as a chef -- was apparently upset over his paycheck.

He later turned himself in at the Stearns County Law Enforcement Center where he was arrested on charges of second degree assault.
