Sartell Mayor: City's future is bright

SARTELL -- Sartell Mayor Tim O'Driscoll delivered his final State of the City Address today (Tuesday). And, holding true to form, despite the recession he painted a very positive future for the city.
O'Driscoll highlighted several multi-family units that are being built with a total value of over $8 million, commercial construction totally over $39 million, and new home construction Sartell is up 20% so far in 2010.
O'Driscoll's term as Mayor ends this year. He is not seeking re-election, and instead will run for the State House seat in District 14A.
