Sec. of State Ritchie talks Primary Election changes

ST. CLOUD -- Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will be in St. Cloud tomorrow (Thursday). He'll be speaking at the Best Western Kelly Inn at 9:30 a.m.

His topic will be the recent change that moves the state's primary from September to August 10th, and how the change will affect local officials.

His speech will be a part of the Municipal Clerk and Finance Officer Association's conference.
