St. Joe asking for input on future park improvements

ST. JOSEPH -- The city of St. Joseph is going to be updating their parks and trails system, but before they do they want input from you.

St. Joe residents are invited to a "park visioning" meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 6:00.

City Administrator Judy Weyrens says they hope to have a plan in place by the end of October. And you should start seeing some improvements in the city's eight parks already next year.

Money from the 1/2-cent sales tax will pay for the improvements.

Tomorrow night's meeting will be held at the St. Joseph city hall.
