Emergency utility repairs to close part of 2nd Street North in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- Emergency utility repairs are forcing St. Cloud city crews to close a portion of Second Street North tonight.

Starting at 7:00 p.m., crews will be working on Second Street North between 7th and 8th Avenues North.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction for about three days.
