Mayor announces "Rock On" winners

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis has announced this year's winners of the "Rock On" awards. They are:

James (Big Jim) Tuorila -- he's the co-founder of the "Freedom Flight".

Kris Pflepsen -- the Executive Director of WACOSA.

Steve Kayser -- a resident of the Lake George Neighborhood area.

Create CommUNITY -- for growing support to provide a more welcoming community.

Liberty Savings Bank -- for their contributions to charities, associations, and festivals.

Marge Bates -- an active, civic-minded individual in our community.

The awards will be handed-out tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7:00 at St. Cloud State University, during the Lemonade Arts Festival.
