Street construction causing delays in Sauk Rapids

SAUK RAPIDS -- Starting Monday, getting around Sauk Rapids will be a little tricky.

Construction workers will be putting down the final layer of bituminous on the following streets.

They include: 1st Street North from North Benton Drive to 3rd Avenue North, and on 2nd Avenue North from 1st Street North to 3rd Street North.

You can expect detours and delays until the work is done.
