Stearns County officials:  Government Center is safe

ST. CLOUD -- Yesterday's (Tuesday) incident at the Morrison County Government Center has other counties checking their security measures.

George Rindelaub is the Stearns County Administrator. He says some parts, but not all, of the Government Center have metal detectors.

Rindelaub says they also have armed security guards that roam the building, including the rotunda area. And there are security cameras throughout the building.

He says they continually review their security system throughout the building.
