Utility work closes 5th Ave North next week

ST. CLOUD -- Utility construction near the St. Cloud Water Treatment Facility will force the closure of 5th Avenue North next week.

The road will be closed from 4th Street North to 12th Street North starting Monday and ending Wednesday.
