St. Cloud Chamber endorses Senator Coleman

UNDATED -- U-S Senator Norm Coleman has picked-up a local endorsement in his bid for re-election. 

The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors voted this week to endorse Coleman for a second term.

Chamber President Theresa Bohnen says Coleman "is an effective ally to the business community".

Senator Coleman is running against D-F-L endorsed candidate Al Franken.

This is the first year chambers of commerce have been allowed to endorse candidates for federal office.
