Police find drugs in vehicle, arrest driver

ST. CLOUD -- A traffic stop last (Thursday) night ended with an arrest. St. Cloud police stopped 30-year-old Douglas Poganski's vehicle on Highway 23 at about 10:45 p.m. 

During the stop, officers found a small amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle. 

He was taken to the Stearns County Jail.
