2 hurt in rear-end crash overnight at Cooper and 29th

ST. CLOUD -- A 41-year-old mother and her 7-year-old son were ambulanced to St. Cloud Hospital overnight .  That after a crash at Cooper Avenue South and 29th Street South.

Police say Marian Bender was trying to make a left hand turn on 29th Street South when another car rear-ended her.

Bender and her son Jason were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The other driver -- 18-year-old Taylor Ramler -- was ticketed for inattentive driving.
