Estranged husband jailed for threats, violating "no contact" order

ST. CLOUD -- Police arrested the 36-year-old estranged husband of a St. Cloud woman overnight. That after the man allegedly threatened bodily harm against his wife.

A court has ordered 36-year-old Shawn Whitehorse of Duluth stay away from his wife and not contact her. Whitehorse was found hiding in a vehicle near the apartment complex.

He's being held on violating his "no contact order" and making terroristic threats.

The driver of the vehicle was also arrested and ticketed. 25-year-old Andrea Pollard of Brainerd was cited for telephone harassment and disorderly conduct.
