Special traffic enforcement nabs two drivers

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud police arrested two people last (Thursday) night, during another special traffic enforcement. 

Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. officers stopped a total of 16 vehicles. 

The two arrests were for driving with no license, and 5th degree controlled substance.
