Two vehicles crash in Lynden Township

CLEARWATER -- The Stearns County Sheriff's Department is investigating a two vehicle crash that happened on Saturday night in Lynden Township. 

At about 6:45 p.m. rescue crews were called to the scene at county road 44 and county road 143. 

Eighteen-year-old Kaleb Koopmieners of Clearwater tried to turn and ran into a vehicle driven by 41-year-old James Ferrand of Clearwater. 

The accident is still being investigated by the Sheriff's Department.
