Police arrest mother after 2-year-old found alone

ST. CLOUD  -- A 31-year-old  St. Cloud woman is accused of putting her two-year-old child in danger. 

St. Cloud police say they were called to 5800 Ridgewood Road at about 5:15 this (Monday) morning, where they found the child. 

Officers were aware of two previous similar situations, where the child had been left alone. 

Frances Steckelberg will be charged with child neglect. 

The child was placed in foster care.
