Special Olympians hosting golf tournament fundraiser

ST. CLOUD -- You can grab your clubs and play a round of golf, while helping the areas special olympians.

The 2nd Annual "Charity Golf Benefit for Special Olympics" will be held on Monday, August 4th.

Organizer Paul Peterson says last year's event was very successful.  The raised about $12,000.

Peterson says their goal for this year is $15,000.

If you're interested in playing, the cost is $150 a person -- or $600 for a foursome. The price includes lunch, golf with cart, dinner, and prizes. It will be held at the St. Cloud Country Club.
