Authorities believe string of burglaries are linked

STEARNS COUNTY -- A string of burglaries in rural areas near Kimball and St. Augusta have sheriff's officials reminding you to lock your doors and windows and ask neighbors to help keep watch over your place while your away.

Lieutenant John Lentz says the four burglaries in that area over the last couple of weeks appear to be related.

He says the same blue-green compact car was seen in the area of at least two of the break-ins. Lentz says there are other similarities too like the means of entry and items taken.

The men are described as white, and in their early to mid 20's.
