Police target drivers on University Drive

ST. CLOUD -- Another special traffic enforcement detail this morning.

St. Cloud Police targeted the area of University Drive and 12th Avenue South.

Officers stopped 14 cars, issued seven tickets and gave out nine warnings for things like speeding, no seat belt and no proof of insurance.

Police say expect more of these enforcement waves throughout the summer.
