I-35 Bridge collapse victims honored in St. Cloud on Friday

ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud will observe the one-year anniversary of the 35-W Bridge collapse.
A ceremony will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday at the downtown fire station. There will be a moment of silence at 6:05 p.m., followed by the ringing of bells. Everyone is invited to attend.
Also, mayor Dave Kleis has ordered at all flags be flown at half-staff on Friday in remembrance of the victims.
