Williams, Dingmann Funeral Homes announce merger

ST. CLOUD/SAUK RAPIDS -- Two longtime local funeral homes have announced a plan to merge. 

Effective tomorrow (Friday), Williams Funeral Home in St. Cloud and Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids will combine the operations of all eight of their locations.

The new company will be called Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Homes.

All of their locations will stay open.

Williams Funeral Homes have been in operation since 1873.

And the Dingmann Family Funeral Homes started in the early 1900s in Clear Lake.
