Turns out he was an illegal alien (NOT an "un-documented American", thank you very much!), drunk, no MN (or Mexican) driver's license, no insurance. It is now in the hands of the insurance companies. If you pull up to a stop light, and you see some guy checking his rear-view mirror a LOT, it is probably me. Jumpy. ALERT!!! Watching out for the other idiots on the road.
