Inglett's single lifts Jays past Twins 3-2 in 11th
by The Associated Press

MINNEAPOLIS -- Pinch-hitter Joe Inglett knocked in the winning run as Toronto beat Minnesota 3-2 today at the Metrodome.

Scott Rolen started the 11th against Twins reliever Jesse Crain with a double into the right-field corner just out of the reach of Michael Cuddyer. Lyle Overbay was walked intentionally with two outs, and pinch-hitter Gregg Zaun drew a walk to load the bases for Inglett.

The win gave the Blue Jays a three-game sweep over the Twins.

Two Twins players were thrown out at the plate, and Minnesota left 11 on base, including five in scoring position.
