New Swarm owner wants to add more Minnesotans to his lacrosse team
by The Associated Press

ST. PAUL -- The Swarm's new owner says he would like to see more Minnesota players on the lacrosse team.

John Arlotta says getting home-grown players in a Swarm uniform would help bring more fans to the games.

The Swarm currently has one Minnesotan on the roster _ Burnsville native Colin Achenbach. Last season, 21 of the Swarm's 25 players were Canadian.

Arlotta officially took over the Swarm yesterday, completing his purchase of the team from new Wild owner Craig Leipold (LEE'-uh-pohld).
