Timberwolves lose second Summer League game

LAS VEGAS -- The Minnesota Timberwolves are still looking for a win in Summer League play.
The Wolves fell in the final seconds to the Los Angeles Lakers 95-93 on the UNLV campus in Las Vegas.
Minnesota trailed by six in the closing minutes when point guard Pooh Jeter twice converted 3-point plays to tie the game. But Joe Crawford hit the game-winner for LA with 2.9 seconds to play.
Nik Caner-Medley led the Lakers with 19 points. Corey Brewer led Minnesota with 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting, while Kevin Love had 18 points, 17 rebounds, four assists and two blocks for the T-Wolves.
