Twins return to action at home Friday night against Texas

MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota Twins have another day off before resuming the season after the All-Star break.
The Twins open a three-game home series against the Texas Rangers tomorrow night. Minnesota is 1 1/2 games behind AL Central leader, the Chicago White Sox, heading into the second half of the season.
Twins first baseman Justin Morneau (MOR'-noh) scored the winning run in the All-Star game, sliding home to lift the American League to a 4-3 win over the National League in 15 innings.
