2-year-old boy killed in southeastern Minn. farm accident

CANTON TOWNSHIP -- Authorities say a 2-year-old boy has died in a farm accident in southeastern Minnesota.

The Fillmore County Sheriff's office says the boy's teen brother was moving a manure spreader from a barn yesterday and didn't know that the boy was in the spreader's path.

The boy was pronounced dead at about 12:45 p.m. on a farm in Canton Township. His name hasn't been released.

Authorities are investigating the incident.
