Weather-Related Announcements

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS for Tuesday, August 10th

-- St. Cloud Recreation has canceled softball games at Whitney park tonight. Managers will be contacted with make-up information.

-- Waite Park Babe Ruth Baseball 13-year-old games for tonight have been postponed until Thursday at the MAC same start time.

-- Waite Park Cal Ripken 9-10-year-old games postponed until Wednesday at the same time.

-- St. Cloud Women's Tennis League at North and Apollo is canceled.

-- Sauk Rapids men's softball league is postponing tonight's (Tues) games due to weather. Games will be pushed back one week.

All weather-related announcements must be phoned to WJON Radio at 320-251-4422.

We no longer accept e-mailed announcements.

If you have an announcement -- for an event or community meeting affecting more than 10 people -- call us and leave your announcement on our cancellation hotline. Our staff will get your announcement on the air and on the web as quickly as possible. However, if there are many announcements coming in, there may be a delay in getting your announcement on the air.

Be patient, and plan ahead. If you know you will cancel or postpone your event, call us as soon as possible so we can get your announcement processed.
